Footlogics orthotics are available from X-Small to X-Large, covering all men's and women's shoe sizes from Australian 3 to 13. Please check our Sizing Guide to determine which size Footlogics is the correct one for you. We also have orthotics in young children's shoe sizes: Footlogics Kids
The full-length model (Footlogics Comfort) can be trimmed to size with normal scissors in case the insoles are too long for your shoes. In most cases this won't be necessary and the insole should fit perfectly into your footwear, without any trimming.
Please remove any existing innersoles from your shoes, before placing Footlogics orthotics inside them. It may take a few days to get used to Footlogics orthotics. You can break them in by only wearing the orthotics for 1-2 hours a day, gradually increasing the number of hours of wear every day.

For your convenience, Footlogics Australia offers five different payment solutions.

2) Paypal: check out fast with Paypal Express!
3) Bank transfer: click the Buy Online button to place your order, and follow the prompts. Our bank details will be displayed towards the end of the order processing. Please e-mail us, after you have made your EFT (electronic funds transfer), so we can look out for your payment.

Your order comes with FREE Postage and Handling. Most companies will charge you up to $10.00 for shipping. Footlogics customers pay nothing! Our orders are sent out with Australia Post. The parcels are generally small enough to fit into your mailbox, so there is not need to be home when your order arrives.
You may also have the product sent to your work addres. Please ensure you provide us with the name of your company or organisation, not just their address. This will make it much easier for Australia Post to find you.

When you purchase Footlogics orthotics your walking comfort is guaranteed! If our product does not provide you with the level of comfort you expected, please return the goods within 30 days of purchase (with your receipt) and we will refund your money in full, no questions asked.
Even if you have worn the product for a while and/or have trimmed the insoles with scissors, you will still be able to receive a full refund. As soon as we have received the orthotics back from you, we will send you a cheque or transfer the funds into your bank account, if you wish.

Footlogics Sizing Tables:
|

Please use the sizing table to select the correct size orthotic. If you are not sure what your shoe size is, or if your shoe size falls in between our orthotic sizes, simply measure the length of your foot with a ruler, from the back of the heel to the tip of the big toe. You can rest assured that by measuring your foot you'll always receive the correct size orthotic. (Please note the Comfort full-length insoles can be trimmed to size with regular scissors, if they don't exactly fit into your shoes)

Footlogics Kids are available in two sizes: Kids (K) and Small Kids (SK). Typically, the SK orthotic is suitable for children from about 4 1/2 years of age to about 6 years, and the K orthotic will fit children from 7 to 9.
For children with a shoe size 4 or larger the Casual or Comfort orthotics are suitable (for example, X-Small will fit a foot size 4). Footlogics Kids orthotics are suitable for most types of children's footwear. No special fitting is required, just slip the orthotics in their shoes.
