| How to select the correct size:
Please use the sizing table to select the correct size orthotic. If you are not sure what your shoe size is, or if your shoe size falls in between our orthotic sizes, simply measure the length of your foot with a ruler, from the back of the heel to the tip of the big toe. You can rest assured that by measuring your foot you'll always receive the correct size orthotic for you. If the insoles are too long, they can be trimmed with regular scissors.
